Video Customer Service (VCS)

Sprint Relay Video Customer ServiceSprint Relay Video Customer Service enables the deaf and hard of hearing customer contact with a Sprint representative who uses American Sign Language (ASL). VCS can provide technical assistance; handle billing questions or other customer service issues.

VCS is available only for customers who purchased Sprint Smartphone including Android, Blackberry or other wireless device from the Sprint Relay Store or Sprint Store.

To set up an appointment with the VCS representative:

  1. Send an email to vcs@sprint.com, with your name and a short description of your question or problem with your device. Please include the best time to reach you and your VP number.
    • To change a voice plan to the Sprint Relay Data only plan, please include your full name, Sprint wireless telephone number and account number.
  2. An automatic email will be sent from the Video Customer Service representative to make an appointment for a videophone call.
  3. You will be given a tracking number for your ticket in order to follow the progress in resolving your issue.
